Best contractor we have ever worked with! Mike and his team did an amazing job. The proposal process was comprehensive and transparent. Mike was particularly helpful consulting on deck design, colors and finishes, and lighting. The project started and finished on time, with all the moving pieces (dumpster, material delivery, demolition) meticulously organized. The team was professional, friendly, and kept the worksite clean and organized during the two week project. The owner, Mike Regan, was engaged from start to finish. The project even finished under-budget! I highly recommend Regan Total Construction.

Mike and his crew are extremely professional, very efficient and the work is top quality. The project from start to finish was very smooth. They removed our old deck and built new with a larger footprint that connects to the above ground pool.

Mike and his crew were great from start to finish. Mike took our vague (and somewhat awkward) idea and came up with a design that far exceeded our expectations. The crew showed up the first day right on time and worked steadily every day until the job was done and done right. They were professional, kind, and clearly skilled in their trade. Our experience with Mike was excellent in every way. From the start, Mike, and every member of his team, were polite, professional and friendly. He listened to exactly what we wanted, and he delivered. His communications with us were clear and thoughtful, and his responses were timely. Mike and his team at Regan Total Construction completed a project for us in May. The new TREX deck is beautiful, and in all respects from start to finish, we could not have been happier with the entire experience. Every step of the way from demolition to completion, Mike and his hard working crew kept us fully apprised of what was happening, and there were never any surprises. Most notably, Mike is a genuinely terrific guy - personable, super friendly, and a pleasure to work with. He is an expert professional who is incredibly responsive and ALWAYS available to promptly answer our questions, provide creative ideas, and advise us on various options. We worked with Mike and his team on a brand new Trex deck. We loved working with Mike. He was extremely responsive, had great ideas for us to implement as we were discussing the project, and had the deck completed in a timely manner and looking great! With this being our first deck project - Mike made the process extremely easy and answered all of questions. His team was professional and did a great job with the build, cleaning up, and having the deck ready to go. Mike coordinated with plumbers and electricians to make sure this project incorporated all of our deck needs. We can't wait to start using it!

Thanks to Regan Total Construction we could not be happier with our new multi level Trex deck. Mike and his team were amazing to work with from first meeting to completed project. Mike is a true professional and was so accommodating during the planning process. His quick responses to our questions and excellent design suggestions helped us feel empowered and confident every step of the way. They removed our old wooden deck, replaced it with beautiful composite trex decking and rails, and added a second lower level deck all in about 3 weeks once construction began. We highly recommend Regan Total Construction for any job, big or small.
