Regan Total Construction built this deck with the Trex transcends gravel path grey decking. Built with a custom Trex Pergola that is integrated with the Trex Transcends railing system. We made custom privacy lattice sections that sit between the pergola system and the railings to provide some privacy for this customer from their neighbors. We also enclosed the bottom of the deck space with a lattice style skirting in which the vinyl privacy lattice sits within custom picture frames of white vinyl trim that will allow the lattice to expands and contract without buckling or rippling which is caused when vinyl lattice is tightly secured.
