Project Overview:
Decks by RTC transformed this poolside outdoor space with a Trex^® Select deck extension, seamlessly integrating with the existing second-floor deck and stairway. The new landing enhances accessibility, allowing entry to the pool area from both sides, creating a smooth, functional flow.

To ensure long-term durability and stability, the second-floor deck received structural upgrades, including new posts and beams. To complete the refined look, exposed framing was wrapped in white vinyl, providing a crisp, clean finish. A framed white vinyl privacy lattice was also installed, enhancing both privacy and aesthetics while maintaining an open, airy feel.

With a modern, low-maintenance design, this pool deck extension provides a perfect blend of style, function, and durability, offering a seamless transition between deck and pool for years of enjoyment.
