Project Overview
Decks by RTC designed and built this custom Trex® Lineage™ Rainier deck in Avon, CT, blending modern performance with classic aesthetics to create a unique porch project. The Rainier decking offers a cool, mountain-inspired gray tone, known for its heat-mitigating technology and long-lasting durability.

To complement the deck surface, we installed the Trex® Signature® all-white powder-coated aluminum railing system, delivering a crisp, clean look that pairs beautifully with the light gray decking. All fascia, stair trim, and support posts were finished with white vinyl trim, giving the entire structure a polished and cohesive appearance.

One section of the deck was converted into a screened-in area using the Screeneze® system, allowing the homeowner to enjoy the outdoors even during mosquito season. This versatile space now offers both open-air and protected comfort, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
