South Windsor – Trex® Lineage Biscayne Deck with Privacy Panels

About the Project

Project Overview
For this South Windsor backyard, we built a bold, modern deck using Trex® Transcends Lineage Biscayne decking — known for its subtle grain and soft, coastal tones. To create clean lines and high contrast, we installed Trex® Signature all black powder-coated aluminum railings and paired them with bright white vinyl trim. This trim was used on the fascia, stair risers, and as a picture frame for the white vinyl lattice skirting.
To ensure privacy without breaking the aesthetic, we added three black Hideaway Screens that integrate seamlessly into the railing system. The result is a deck that’s private, stylish, and low-maintenance.
