Trex Composite Pool Deck

About the Project

This project was a pool deck extension in which me modified the previous existing second floor deck stairs to flow right into a new Trex Select Deck Landing that lead to the pool deck area and create access from both sides with sets of stairs to the landing area. This customer also had us upgrade/replace the posts and beam to their second floor deck as well as trim out the exposed portions of the framing with white vinyl trim so it would bend a bit better. When comparing the 2nd floor pre-exiting deck to the new lading/pool deck space that we built the customer told me that as soon as he has the savings he is going to need to have us remodel the 2nd floor deck to match the pool deck because its a night and day difference in quality and aesthetics. We also installed white vinyl privacy lattice in white vinyl trim board picture frames.
