About the Project

Project Overview:
Decks by RTC collaborated with homeowners Shannon and Ken Goldstein in East Windsor, CT, specifically in the village of Broad Brook, to create a custom Trex^® deck featuring integrated lighting. This project was designed to enhance the functionality, style, and evening ambiance of their outdoor space.

Starting with a fully customized in-house design, the deck was tailored to the homeowners’ specific needs and lifestyle. To ensure a stable and level foundation, precise grading and leveling were completed, allowing for properly structured landings and step transitions on both sides of the deck.

Built using premium Trex^® materials, the deck features Trex^® decking, lighting, trim, and railings, ensuring long-lasting durability and a cohesive, modern aesthetic. The integrated lighting system not only improves safety but also creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, extending the usability of the deck into the evening hours.
